Reservation Procedure

In the section " Ressources", chose the instrument for which you would like to request a reservation. |

Click on "Show all availabilities" . If the instrument is available, make your selection for date and time, and click on "Submit a reservation" |

The reservation will be confirmed by e-mail to the user and the person who autorises the payment. |
Explanation concerning the costs
In order to maintain the instrument functional, a fee will be charged for using certain instruments and for services related to their use, e.g. training, perishable goods.
